DCI 700

The Bosch DCI 700 diesel test bench is designed with the future in mind with its new measurement system that has the ability to test the latest common rail injector technologies for all car and commercial vehicle systems, including those with Needle Closing Control (NCC) and Valve Closing Control (VCC).

The DCI 700 offers you and your workshop super-efficient testing with its short mounting and testing times, which enable four common rail injectors to be tested in less than 15 minutes.

Designed with a tapered base, it allows the operator to stand closer to the bench without having to bend to mount the injectors. This is one of the many ergonomic features that make the DCI 700 so easy-to-use.

AVM2-PC

Save time with the AVM2-PC Test Stand. Thanks to its ease of use and advanced technology, it allows you to perform tests in up to 50% less time compared to other test benches. It can test inline, rotary, and common rail pumps, as well as EUI, EUP, and common rail injectors. Additionally, safety has been kept in mind with the flywheel being completely enclosed and all electrical components being fully protected within the electrical cabinet.

CRI-Pro

The new Hartridge CRi-Pro caters to the latest injector technology including key Euro 6 applications. The CRi-Pro has been designed from the ground up with user-friendly operation at the core of the test bench's functionality, from injector installation to final test result report.

The powerful hydraulic performance of the CRi-Pro gives the workshop superior pressure and flow where it matters most. With the ability to deliver testing capacity at the upper ends of flow and rail pressure, it can cater to even the most demanding injectors.

The CRi-Pro makes advanced, volume testing available to both All-Makes and Delphi Authorised workshops. The test bench can switch between two software modes depending on the workshop requirement. The market-leading magmahTouch software empowers All-Makes workshops, and can also run Delphi IRIS software for authorised network partners
